This page explains what A&J Summit Ridge collects when you contact us, why we use it, and how long we keep the raw website submission.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Information you provide

When you use our website form, email us, call us, or visit the shop, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, vehicle or equipment details, part numbers, a description of what you need, and optional photos or PDF files.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and route it to the right A&J inbox.
  • Prepare quotes and help with parts, repair, rebuild, or service requests.
  • Recognize prior inquiries and maintain useful customer and service history.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the contact process.

How long we keep it

Raw website submission records older than 30 days are removed from our website database by a daily cleanup. We may keep a smaller contact history longer when it remains useful for responding, quoting, providing service, maintaining ordinary business records, or recognizing a prior customer relationship.

The smaller contact history may include your contact details, first and most recent contact dates, general request or equipment category, and whether an inquiry became a customer relationship. It does not include the uploaded file itself.

Email and uploaded files

Website requests are delivered through Microsoft 365. Messages and attachments may remain in our business mailboxes under our ordinary business record practices even after the temporary website-database copy is removed. The website database stores attachment details such as the filename, type, and size, but not the attachment contents.

Service providers and sale of information

Cloudflare helps host and secure the website and Microsoft helps deliver business email. These providers process information as needed to provide those services. A&J Summit Ridge does not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information associated with a website inquiry. We may need to keep limited records when they remain reasonably necessary for an active service, customer relationship, security issue, or ordinary business record.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for the information we keep, including secured Cloudflare and Microsoft business services. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we limit the raw website-submission retention period.

Changes to this page

If our contact process or information practices materially change, we will update this page and its last-updated date.
